RAYMOND, NH (February 13, 2017): Suspicious activity leads to suspected Methamphetamine arrest. On February 1, 2017 Raymond Officers observed a male subject acting suspiciously in the lot of a local business. The Officers watching observed the subject and it appeared he was in the act of ingesting illegal / illicit drugs. The officers made contact with the subject who was identified as:
As part of the investigation Croston’s vehicle was seized and subsequently searched pursuant to a court approved search warrant. During the search of the vehicle officers located what appeared to be a quantity of the controlled drug Methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia.
On February 12, 2017 Croston turned himself in on a Felony arrest warrant pursuant to this case, charging him with:
Possession of a Controlled Drug
Drugs in a Motor Vehicle
Possession of Controlled Drug Paraphernalia
He was released on PR Bail and is scheduled to appear at the Candia Circuit Court on April 3, 2017.
