11/1/16 Dog struck

RAYMOND, NH (November 1, 2016): The Raymond Police Department is investigating and seeking the public’s assistance in locating / identifying the vehicle involved in a motor vehicle accident resulting in the death of a dog.

On October 29, 2016 at about 10:08 PM Officers responded to Nottingham Road (Rte. 156) around Stonepost Circle in reference to a dog that was struck by a motor vehicle. Witnesses reported that the vehicle fled the scene southbound on Nottingham Road.

Responding officers located the dog who died as a result of its injuries.

Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the involved vehicle.
