5/5/2016 Attempted Burglary

RAYMOND, NH (May 5, 2016): On May 4 at approximately 7:30 PM the Raymond Police Department with the assistance of New Hampshire State Police, Rocking County Sheriff’s Department and several local agencies responded to a burglary in progress in the area of Mill Road off of Lane Road. It was reported that a male subject fled on foot towards the woods after appearing on the back deck of an occupied residence. The officers quickly set up a perimeter and requested the assistance of a State Police K9.

The suspect is described as approximately 6’2″ tall weighing approximately 200 pounds and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a blue bandanna covering his face.

The Raymond Police Department ask any residents who may have seen anything suspicious last night to please contact the Police Department at 895-4747. We also urge all residents if they see anything suspicious or out of the ordinary in their neighborhood to please contact us.
